Crisis Management Team Training

 

The negative impact of a crisis can be mitigated through comprehensive pre-planning, implementation of robust processes and systems and training of the CM team and associated personnel.

A plan has little value unless it has been tested and those responsible for its implementation have been adequately trained. Staff need to have a thorough grounding in:
 

  • Principles of crisis management
  • Roles & Responsibilities of the Crisis Management Team (CMT)
  • Internal and External Communications
  • Media Handling
